IDENTIFY THE CENSUS WORKER

CENSUS WORKERS SHOULD HAVE:
  1. A badge.
  2. A handheld device.
  3. A Census Bureau canvas bag and,
  4. A confidentiality notice.
If a census Worker knocks at your door, ask to see their badge before answering ANY questions. You really only need to tell them how many people live at your address. Never give your social security number, bank account or credit card number. But please answer correctly, since it is important for genealogy.
